Why are there so many desperate West Covina folks who cannot sleep?
Stress is probably the most common reason. As we all know, stress can be caused by so many different things that few people escape it. I regularly meet Temple City people who are stressed about losing their job. I know many Diamond Bar insomniacs who are constantly worried about a chronic health problem. Strained family relationships trigger stress for many West Covina people. Even positive events like a job promotion, a new baby, or a vacation can create stress.
If you suffer from insomnia, perhaps it is not stress that is keeping you from getting better sleep. You might have a sleeping disorder. Sleeping disorders are very common among West Covina adults and teenagers. You have probably heard of sleep apnea because it has been gaining more attention in the past few years, but there are other disorders that can prevent sleep.
Restless Leg Syndrome is a serious neurological disorder that affects millions of Americans. People with Restless Leg Syndrome have uncomfortable (and often very painful) sensations in their legs that create an unstoppable urge to move as they try to relieve the feelings. If you suffer from this disorder, you probably cannot sleep the nights that your symptoms are present.
7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night and Melotrex can help people achieve adequate sleep. Whether the problem is Restless Leg Syndrome, sleep apnea, or everyday stress, these herbal sleep aids can allow you to calm down and go to sleep. If you are sweating sleep, see http://bestsleepaids.net to order all-natural 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night or Melotrex.

“It’s just diabetes, no big deal.”
“It’s only a broken femur, I don’t need to see a doctor.”
“I can handle a heart attack on my own.”
Ridiculous? How about this one; “I have trouble sleeping, but I can tough it out.” If that sounds sensible to you, perhaps you don’t realize the dangers of sleep deprivation.
I am Eric McNamee of the unofficial San Dimas insomnia club. I want to tell you about 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. These all-natural sleep aids are safe and effective for both severe insomnia and occasional sleeplessness.
Chronic insomnia is not merely an annoyance that makes you feel less than appreciative, it is a serious health condition that affects many Temple City adults and teenagers. If you are a member of the unofficial West Covina insomnia club, you should consider taking action with 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. These sleep aids work with your body to reset your natural sleep cycle.
Lack of sleep is not only harmful to West Covina sufferers, it can be detrimental to others as well. Drowsy driving by sleepy San Dimas commuters is often a factor in deadly collisions. Employees with insomnia-induced cognitive impairment trigger accidents at Diamond Bar workplaces.
The Black Night in Monty Python and the Holy Grail who said, “Tis but a flesh wound, I’ve had worse,” would probably trivialize sleep deprivation. But you know better. Be safe. Don’t let sleep deprivation put you or your loved ones in danger. Compare 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, the natural insomnia remedies.

Insomnia Club” align=”right” /> Hello, it’s me, Eric McNamee again, your Diamond Bar insomnia club blogger.
As I was driving home from my Diamond Bar office the other day in my truck, I started thinking about all the cool auto accessories I have added. I upgraded the stereo and now it sounds far better than my Olive iPod. I bought an expensive massaging seat cushion that provides both lumbar support and magic fingers. I even installed a DVD player so I can watch Avatar on my commute. Just kidding, it’s for my daughters to watch Twilight. Again.
Then it dawned on me. My car is more comfortable than my bedroom! In fact, it is a whole lot more cushy than any room in my West Covina house. Why do I invest more in my ride than in my sleeping environment? I spend more time in bed than in my car, even when the West Covina traffic has slowed to a crawl.
I decided to find out if bedroom upgrades could work as well for quality sleep as 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, my absolutely favorite herbal sleep remedies. (Order at http://bestsleepaids.net.) I discovered that there are just as many San Dimas sleep aids as car accessories.
First, I bought a San Dimas memory foam mattress. Incredible! Then I bought allergen-free 800 thread count bed sheets that make me feel like Hugh Hefner. Next, I went crazy with pillows–an oxygen pillow, a lavender pillow, and aromatherapy eye pillows. I topped off my shopping spree with spa-quality lavender spray. Yum.
My bedroom is decked out like a pricey West Covina sleep friendly hotel room. Just like 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, my new sleep aids have no side effects. Unless, of course, you consider the fact that I sometimes sleep through my alarm. The only thing that works better than my oxygen pillow coupled with 7Hour Slumber to put me to sleep is watching Twilight while cruising down the interstate.

Do you feel like you have a grip on the stressors in your life? I’m Eric McNamee, and I could be anyone; for instance an advertising account executive in West Covina. In the past few months, I might have experienced some significant events. Perhaps a relative died unexpectedly in nearby San Dimas.
Let’s imagine the local West Covina advertising agency I work for was bought by a national firm. Our new parent company laid off half of my Temple City colleagues without warning. Fortunately, I still have my job, but I could be the next to go.
A final blow comes the next month; My son or daughter is suspended from the Diamond Bar high school for some very serious offenses.
Could be a ton of reasons why I cannot fall asleep. Lack of sleep has turned me into an emotional wreck. I have what sleep specialists call depression insomnia. I need to get back into a healthy sleep pattern so my sleep deprivation symptoms won’t spiral out of control.
I plan to try 7Hour Slumber to overcome insomnia. I need to have a clear head to perform at work and deal with my critical family issues as well.
7Hour Slumber is a 100 percent natural sleep aid. It helps with the many different sleep problems we all encounter at one time or another. It can help you fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep deeply so you wake refreshed. 7Hour Slumber is sold through http://bestsleepaids.net. You can also find information about Sleep2Night and Melotrex, two similar herbal sleep remedies.
Catch you on the flip side

Hey There West Covina Night Owls,
Life in West Covina, like other places in California and around the country, is relentlessly fast-paced. In the course of a day, each of us makes thousands of quick decisions. Many of these are trivial: ‘Boxers or briefs?’, ‘White or wheat?’, ‘Paper or plastic?’, or ‘Call or text?’. However, some split-second judgments have significant consequences; ‘I just blew a tire, is my right lane clear to pull over?!’
If your brain is foggy because of sleeping insomnia, it is impossible to respond with peak mental capacities. The amygdala is the region of the brain that signals the body when there is a threat. If you miss just one night of sleep, the amygdala ceases to function normally. An impaired amygdala causes problems in other areas of the brain as well. Reasoning, speech and hand-eye coordination slow down. In fact, a drowsy West Covina driver can be as dangerous as a tipsy West Covina driver.
My name is Eric McNamee. Like many fellow Diamond Bar yawners, I know how it feels to be sleep-deprived. My Diamond Bar friends who have trouble sleeping use phrases like ‘feet in quicksand’, ‘brain fog’ and ‘tapped-out’ to describe how sleepless nights make them feel. (‘Wilted’ is one of my favorites.)
If you are a West Covina night owl who has tried unsuccessfully to beat insomnia, you might be interested in two all-natural insomnia aids; Sleep2Night and Melotrex. These products are carefully formulated to help West Covina insomniacs fall asleep and stay asleep. They are safe and effective for short or long-term insomnia. Be sure you don’t let 882 sleepless nights progress into chronic insomnia.
You don’t need to be able to spell ‘Olive amygdala’ to understand how important sleep is to our brains. Sleep2Night and Melotrex can help your brain get the recharging sleep it desperately needs.

Hi, it’s Eric here again sharing sleep news for West Covina insomniacs.
I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in West Covina for several months now. So far, I have tried Sleep2Night and Melotrex. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare 7Hour Slumber.
7Hour Slumber works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from West Covina on business next week, I will definitely need 7Hour Slumber. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.
For more information on 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night, , and Melotrex, see Richard’s Grand Rapids Vb.Net Sleep Blog. These sleep aids are available online for all Diamond Bar and Temple City folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the West Covina area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!

Hi, I am good night sleep blogger Eric McNamee. As you have probably guessed, there are some nights when I simply cannot sleep sound. I brush my teeth, climb onto my swedish mattress, relax under my Olive down comforter and then–lie there with my eyes wide open! Ugh!
Before I take an herbal sleep remedy such as 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night, I try some of my favorite nighttime rituals to hopefully aid sleep.
First, I rid my West Covina bedroom of all the distractions. I can’t believe how much paperwork piles up in a few days. I don’t want to lie awake thinking about the car insurance premium that is due on my truck or the ten page application for my daughter to attend University of the Pacific. I even close my laptop and take it out of the bedroom.
Next, I bargain with my sweetie for a massage exchange. I promise to give an incredible rubdown tomorrow night if I can get one tonight. Lavender or chamomile oil is the crowning touch.
Next, I meditate to the sound of the surf lapping at the shore. No, I don’t live on the beach, but I do live in a nice West Covina neighborhood near downtown. To hear waves, chirping birds or a gentle breeze rustling the trees, I turn on relaxing ambient sleep music.
If these things don’t do the trick, I pull out the heavy artillery. I take Sleep2Night, the non habit forming sleep aid. I believe it is one of the most effective sleep aids over the counter in West Covina. I have been using natural insomnia aids for 76. You don’t have to lie there with your eyes open. See http://bestsleepaids.net for a good night sleep.

Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the Covina zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many Diamond Bar folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy West Covina insomniacs.
Some Temple City people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most West Covina doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.
Many sleep doctors in Covina recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in West Covina including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.
More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://bestsleepaids.net. To safely treat your insomnia, order 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

Obstructive sleep apnea can be a life-threatening condition. Here at 7Hour Slumber, we want to make sure our West Covina insomnia customers are aware of the symptoms and dangers of sleep apnea.
Persons with sleep obstructive apnea stop breathing intermittently during sleep when the back of their throat constricts and blocks the air. Many Temple City and Diamond Bar people currently being treated for apnea were unaware they had it until their spouse noticed the rhythm of their breathing changed during sleep.
If you sleep all through the night but still feel tired and groggy during the day, you could have sleep obstructive apnea. Symptoms of sleep apnea are fairly obvious. Periods of breathing lapses, loud snoring and gasping for breath can occur several times during the night without the person remembering them the next day. To determine if you need to see a doctor, ask your partner or other family member to observe your sleeping. (Be prepared to be shaken violently until you wake up and take a breath!) If you sleep alone, you can record yourself sleeping to determine if you demonstrate apnea symptoms.
Many West Covina people are diagnosed with sleep apnea every year. Risk factors include obesity, large tonsils, nasal congestion, and a deviated septum. It is most common in middle-age West Covina men but is also found among all age groups in Temple City and Diamond Bar. Temple City teens and West Covina children with large tonsils can also develop obstructive sleep apnea.
7Hour Slumber is a non habit forming sleep medication that is effective for non-apnea sleep issues. If you can’t seem to get enough sleep because you wake up too early, 7Hour Slumber is the natural sleeping solution for staying asleep until the morning. If your partner is currently using a CPAP breathing machine and the noise makes it difficult for you to fall asleep, 7Hour Slumber can help you start your night out right by falling asleep fast. See http://bestsleepaids.net for 7Hour Slumber ordering info and more helpful sleep tips.

If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in West Covina, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.
Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.
By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my West Covina bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my West Covina neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take Melotrex. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.
I am Eric McNamee. I have used most sleep aids available in West Covina, both prescription and over-the-counter. Melotrex is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.
By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy West Covina lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try Melotrex. I know it has helped many West Covina sleep apnea patients, also.
Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.
