Sleep Deprived in West Covina?

Sleep Deprived in West Covina? Hey There

Sleep deprivation is not only irritating, it can be down-right dangerous. According to the National Sleep Research Project:
INDENT:

The 1989 Exxon Valdex oil spill, the Challenger space shuttle disaster and the Chernobyl nuclear accident have all been attributed to human errors in which sleep-deprivation played a role.

I’m not an oil tanker captain, astronaut or nuclear power plant worker, but I am a sleepy West Covina parent and small business owner–and I think these jobs are just as important. I don’t want insomnia to cause me to make mistakes at my West Covina home, Temple City office or driving my kids to their West Covina school.

I have been using Melotrex and Sleep2Night. (See http://bestsleepaids.net for more information.) Melotrex helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. To me, a couple of hours of deep sleep is worth more than six hours of light, restless sleep.

Sleep2Night works naturally to synchronize your body’s circadian rhythms. It helps you fall asleep fast because it gets into your bloodstream quickly, unlike some West Covina sleep aids that take hours to work.

I don’t know what knocked my natural sleep cycle out of whack. Maybe it was cramming (partying?) all night during my University of California college days. It could have been the two years I worked graveyard shifts at my first San Dimas job. Perhaps it was those groggy months when the children were needing assistance through the night. Whatever it was that got me into this frustrating pattern of insomnia, I am determined to get out of it. Melotrex and Sleep2Night are going to help me.

They can help you too.

Get Your Life Back With Melotrex

Get Your Life Back With Melotrex We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.

Hey There. My name is Eric and McNamee. I have dealt with insomnia in Diamond Bar for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside Temple City. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a West Covina hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.

Fortunately, a San Dimas friend suggested Melotrex to treat my insomnia. Melotrex helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!

Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite Temple City fitness center. I have more energy for my Diamond Bar friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.

The all-natural sleep aid Melotrex is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.

Sleepless Nights in West Covina?

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

Sleepless Nights in West Covina? Welcome to Eric’s West Covina sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new West Covina sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.

This week, I will use 7Hour Slumber and see what happens. I ordered 7Hour Slumber on http://bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my West Covina house to pick it up at a West Covina drugstore. 7Hour Slumber is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Diamond Bar insomniacs and Diamond Bar holistic health professionals.

In addition to reporting on my West Covina sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my West Covina insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.

Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.

I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps 7Hour Slumber will help get the other half in gear.

Check back soon.

Good Sleep, Good Health in California

Good Sleep, Good Health in California Hey There

A few months ago, I read an interesting insomnia finding. West Covina sleep researchers observed that sleep-deprived test subjects in a recent clinical trial got used to feeling tired. At first, study participants noticed that sleep deprivation affected their energy, cognitive abilities and mental health. However, after a few days of not sleeping, their tired state began to feel normal for them.

I suffer from insomnia and live in West Covina. My name is Eric McNamee. I have spent a lot of time studying sleep, well actually, lack of sleep. After reading about the study mentioned previously, I realized that my “tired” state had become my new “normal”. I talked to several of my West Covina friends and co-workers. I discovered that many of those that reported having trouble sleeping did not make a connection between their insomnia and various health issues.

For example, one Diamond Bar insomniac who is an elementary school teacher told me that she often had trouble concentrating while talking to her students. A San Dimas man who works in my office catches every sickness going around and it seems to take him an unusually long time to get better.

Actually, many health problems can be caused by lack of sleep. Prolonged insomnia should never be ignored.

If you can’t sleep, I recommend 7Hour Slumber. 7Hour Slumber has helped me tremendously. As my sleep has improved, my health has improved also. You can learn more about 7Hour Slumber at http://bestsleepaids.net.

Don’t let ‘tired’ become ‘normal’. Use 7Hour Slumber for good sleep and good health

7Hour Slumber for Insomniacs in West Covina

Friday, December 4th, 2009

7Hour Slumber for Insomniacs in West Covina Does it seem like some Temple City teenagers sleep all the time? CA sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)

If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most West Covina high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer West Covina high schoolers would struggle to graduate.

In addition to schools, many other CA social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year West Covina doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.

“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)

In addition to health care, many Temple City professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. West Covina public safety workers, Temple City customer service personnel, San Dimas night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, Diamond Bar restaurant workers, and West Covina truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.

If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your West Covina employment situation, 7Hour Slumber can help you. This all-natural West Covina insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Sleep2Night and Melotrex to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job.
