Hey There
A few months ago, I read an interesting insomnia finding. West Covina sleep researchers observed that sleep-deprived test subjects in a recent clinical trial got used to feeling tired. At first, study participants noticed that sleep deprivation affected their energy, cognitive abilities and mental health. However, after a few days of not sleeping, their tired state began to feel normal for them.
I suffer from insomnia and live in West Covina. My name is Eric McNamee. I have spent a lot of time studying sleep, well actually, lack of sleep. After reading about the study mentioned previously, I realized that my “tired” state had become my new “normal”. I talked to several of my West Covina friends and co-workers. I discovered that many of those that reported having trouble sleeping did not make a connection between their insomnia and various health issues.
For example, one Diamond Bar insomniac who is an elementary school teacher told me that she often had trouble concentrating while talking to her students. A San Dimas man who works in my office catches every sickness going around and it seems to take him an unusually long time to get better.
Actually, many health problems can be caused by lack of sleep. Prolonged insomnia should never be ignored.
If you can’t sleep, I recommend 7Hour Slumber. 7Hour Slumber has helped me tremendously. As my sleep has improved, my health has improved also. You can learn more about 7Hour Slumber at http://bestsleepaids.net.
Don’t let ‘tired’ become ‘normal’. Use 7Hour Slumber for good sleep and good health

Does it seem like some Temple City teenagers sleep all the time? CA sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)
If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most West Covina high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer West Covina high schoolers would struggle to graduate.
In addition to schools, many other CA social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year West Covina doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.
“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)
In addition to health care, many Temple City professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. West Covina public safety workers, Temple City customer service personnel, San Dimas night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, Diamond Bar restaurant workers, and West Covina truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.
If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your West Covina employment situation, 7Hour Slumber can help you. This all-natural West Covina insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Sleep2Night and Melotrex to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job. Can you get sleep in West Covina CA? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in West Covina California. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Olive desk (yes, I have a Olive desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.
I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in West Covina California that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.
It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying 7Hour Slumber lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 882 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.
Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in California are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a truck while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.
7Hour Slumber is a natural sleep aid on the West Covina market. You can learn more about 7Hour Slumber at the official 7Hour Slumber website; just click on any link in this post to get to it.
Catch you on the flip side,
-Eric

I’m Eric McNamee. A lot has been going on in my Olive bedroom in my house on 31120 County Rd 0 in West Covina.
Actually, it is not what you may think. I am putting great effort into solving my insomnia problem. I have been comparing West Covina sleep aids 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night and Reposanex for the past 882 days. Though I don’t have an official “sleep lab” in Temple City or Diamond Bar, I do have a sleep-deprived test subject–myself.
So far, Sleep2Night, an all-natural sleep aid sold over-the-counter in West Covina, is most effective at allowing me to fall asleep. Reposanex takes longer to work but helps me stay asleep until morning. I have had mixed results with 7Hour Slumber, but I am going to use it exclusively next week.
Can you relate to my frustrations? Have you been troubled with insomnia? When I meet insomniacs around California we compare stories. Though we all feel lousy enough when we don’t get a full night’s sleep, we feel even worse when we acknowledge all the related problems. Lack of sleep can trigger depression, weight gain, cognitive problems and a suppressed immune system.
For West Covina insomnia patients, sleep can be compared to essentials such as food and water. I would pay 41718 for a non-addictive sleep aid. Fortunately, 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night and Reposanex are competitively priced. See sleepapenareview.goodsleepblog.com for more information. I’ll post in a few weeks and let you know how 7Hour Slumber worked.

It has been a while since I posted. I have a lot to tell you about some new sleep aids I am trying. I used Melotrex for three nights this last week. The first night I slept for five hours. That is a long time for me. The second night I slept five and a half hours. I was feeling pretty good. The third night I actually slept six and a half hours. That is the first time in four months I have gotten almost a normal night’s sleep! Hooray! And I didn’t feel foggy headed the next day.
My West Covina home is near a much-traveled road and it seems I never get any sleep. I should be used to the traffic because I have lived here for 882 years and there is a constant movement of noise. The traffic comes from Temple City and heads toward Diamond Bar blowing their horns sometimes as they pass through.
Unfortunately, I am usually such a light sleeper that even distant train whistles wake me up. I hear the first whistles at about 1:00 a.m. then I toss and turn until about 3:00 when sometimes I can drift off to sleep. Guess what? With Melotrex, I didn’t wake up once!
I’m Eric McNamee. My life has improved dramatically since discovering Melotrex. I have had limited success in the past with 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. When I compare Melotrex to 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, I think the greatest advantage is that you don’t have to keep upping your dose for them to work. Are you one of the many frustrated insomniacs in West Covina? Are you bothered by those lack-of-sleep headaches that kick in about noon after a sleepless night? Are you afraid you are going to nod off while driving home from work? Help is on the way. See http://bestsleepaids.net for more info about Melotrex.

Hi, it’s Eric in West Covina talking about (yawn) sleep disorders. I have struggled with insomnia since I was a teenager. In desperation, I decided to be tested for sleep apnea last year at a sleep clinic in Temple City. The sleep apnea test was negative. The Temple City sleep specialist said my problem is garden-variety insomnia. I may not be sleeping but I am still breathing!
I ordered 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night yesterday. I am going to compare them to see which one works better for my sleep disorder. I am sticking with all-natural sleep aids these days because Ambien scares the pants off me.
When I take Ambien, apparently I have lengthy conversations with my kids. The problem is that I cannot recall them the next morning. I don’t want to accidentally give my fourteen year-old daughter permission to use my truck to take all her friends to a concert in West Covina.
I will let you know how it goes with 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. If they work, I may not post for a few days because I will be busy (sleeping!).

PS: In full disclosure, I’d like all my readers to know that ‘Eric McNamee’ is my pseudonym to help me maintain my privacy in the West Covina area. Believe me; I know that sleeping disorders are not always easy to talk about.

My name is Eric McNamee. I have been working to compare new sleep aids on the market in West Covina and the greater West Covina area. Most of the sleep aids I will review on this site are available on the Internet. Some have yet to be released. I will be focusing my attention on a few newer products that show some promise including 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night.
I am just starting this sleep disorder comparison blog, so check back in a week or so. I plan to post something each week about what I have found.
Catch you on the flip side,
-Eric
